1Corinthian 13v. "And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.

We recognize that Jesus demonstrated sacrificial love for us by dying for our sins, making possible our forgiveness and restoring us to fellowship with the Father. Yet we often fail to realize that Christ's love goes even beyond the cross.

Everything we do, don't do, face, and don't face is touched by God's continuing love. Everything about us hinges on love because of God, who is love, created us in His image (1John 4:8, 16). Because God loves, he gives us blessings and allows us to share them. When we pray and are told to wait, it's because He loves us and knows we need time to grow.

When we have choices that can be overwhelming our God shows us that we need to depend on His guiding love. Until we come to understand and believe at our deepest, innermost level that God is love, we will struggle with trusting Him, yielding to Him, and serving Him wholeheartedly.

While we are to live in faith and hope, our most important dwelling place is God's Love!!

God's kingdom is invited into our lives in a powerful way every time we lift up praise and worship to Him. Our worship demonstrates our love for Him and opens the way for Him to work powerfully in our lives to transform us and our impossible situations. That's why it's God's will that we give thanks and praise to Him in every situation. When we don't do that, we shut off possibilities for great things God wants to do in our lives.

There have been countless times in my life, as a believer, where I prayed and prayed about a problem; praising God that He cared about a particular situation and He was greater than what I was facing. But there came a time when God instructed my heart that I was to continue praising Him no matter what did or did not happen. I was to trust that He had the answer to what was needed and the power to change things, and His timing and judgment were perfect. I took that stance to trust in Him until breakthrough finally came.

Worship always establishes an atmosphere in which God moves powerfully.
